Corpus Christi Professional Liability Lawyer | Malpractice Attorney Texas

When licensed professionals provide incompetent or fraudulent services to clients, they can be held liable for the monetary damages incurred by their victims. At the Snapka Law Firm, we protect the rights of individuals who have sustained serious injuries due to the negligence or carelessness of  professionals, such as doctors, dentists, psychologists, lawyers, architects, real estate agents, accountants, and other professionals. People who perform services that require specialized knowledge and skills are held to a higher standard of care than individuals who perform other services. When professionals breach that standard of care and cause harm to their clients or patients, a malpractice lawsuit may be appropriate.

The Snapka Law Firm has extensive experience representing individuals who have suffered physical or financial injuries due to professional malpractice. Whether you are considering a medical malpractice, legal malpractice, real estate malpractice or any other type of professional liability case, our Corpus Christi malpractice attorneys will fight to get you the compensation and justice you deserve. Recent Successes

In addition to an extensive medical and hospital negligence, as well as nursing home practice, Kathryn Snapka has handled cases involving attorney malpractice, malpractice involving a psychologist and architectural malpractice. In a notable case involving a manufacturing plant, Kathryn Snapka was able to determine that architects were responsible for the injuries of the Plaintiff. In that case, a worker was unloading scrap from the manufacturing process into a garbage dump truck. Because of the design of the bay in which the trucks were supposed to load the refuse, the worker was required to walk on a narrow ledge to the front of the truck to engage the button to compact the trash in the truck. He was found with his feet on the rail and his head on the floor. After surviving a coma due to his skull fracture and brain damage, the worker was left with permanent impairments which prevented him from holding a job and supporting his family. After retaining an architectural engineer to analyze the original plans of the manufacturing facility, Kathryn Snapka was able to secure the payment of an annuity which would care for the worker and his family for the rest of his life.
